The Berkley Juke Jerkbait is made by Berkley.   Berkley is a company that has been around since 1937.  The Berkley Juke Jerkbait was desinged by David Fitts to be versatile and have lively action that resembles the movement of baitfish.  It is currently available in 17 different color patterns.  It is available in three lengths 3″, 4″, and 5″.  The 3″ is 3/8 oz and has a depth of 2-4 feet.  The 4″ is 11/16 oz and has a depth of 3-5 feet.  The 5″ is 1 and 5/16 oz and has a depth of 3-6 feet.

The lure is made of strong plastic that features a coffin shaped bill to enhance the quick action, while allowing for a slow forward movement.

The lure is designed for crank-it, troll-it, or twitching-it.  Great action and very smooth!

Summary

Berkley takes an over-saturated market of rattling, variable depth lures and provides a fresh new contour, a line of inspiring colors, and a fun branding. I recommend using these lures in deeper waters (5′-10′) and reeling them in alternating patterns of fast and then slow. It induces the rattling sound and then allows fish to catch up to them.
